Creative Work Deserves Creative Protection

At StayMakers, we take pride in delivering high-quality content and strategic marketing solutions tailored to help brands thrive in the digital world. To maintain the integrity of our creative work and protect both our clients and ourselves, the following copyright terms apply to all services, deliverables, and materials shared on or through our website, social platforms, and during client projects.

1. Ownership of Content

All content created by StayMakers—including but not limited to:

  • Reels

  • Photoshoots

  • Stories

  • Cinematic FPV drone footage

  • Marketing materials

  • Website copy

  • Branding concepts

  • Visual designs

  • Ad creatives

  • Strategy documents

is the intellectual property of StayMakers unless otherwise stated through a signed agreement.

✅ Default Ownership:

  • Clients receive a license to use the finalized content for promotional or commercial purposes, as agreed upon during the project.

  • StayMakers retains full copyrights and usage rights to all raw content and creative files unless exclusive ownership rights are purchased separately.

2. Client Licensing & Usage Rights

  • Upon full payment and project completion, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for agreed-upon purposes such as social media, websites, advertising, or print.

  • ❗ What’s Not Included by Default:

  • Resale or redistribution of content

  • Third-party licensing

  • Use in paid campaigns beyond original scope (without permission)

  • Please contact us directly to request custom usage rights or full buyouts if required.

3. Portfolio & Promotional Use

  • Unless expressly prohibited in writing, StayMakers reserves the right to showcase completed work in its:

  • Online portfolio

  • Social media platforms

  • Marketing case studies

  • Advertising campaigns

  • This allows us to demonstrate the quality of our work and grow creatively with new audiences.

4. Third-Party Content

  • Any third-party assets (such as licensed music, stock photos, or external footage) used in content created by StayMakers will be sourced legally and with proper attribution or licensing. We do not assume liability for any unauthorized use of client-provided materials.

5. Copyright Infringement Policy

  • StayMakers strictly prohibits the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or reuse of any materials from our website or portfolio without prior written consent.

  • Violation of these terms may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.

6. DMCA and Reporting

  • If you believe any content displayed by StayMakers infringes upon your copyright, please notify us with:

  • A detailed description of the copyrighted work

  • The location of the infringing material

  • Proof of ownership

  • Your contact information
