By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or booking our services.
1. About StayMakers
StayMakers is a creative agency offering premium services including content creation, social media optimization, branding consultation, paid ads strategy, FPV drone filming, and website/booking funnel consultation. Our mission is to elevate hospitality and travel brands through compelling visual storytelling and digital strategy.
2. Booking & Payment Policy

Booking Process: All bookings must be made via our official website or by contacting us directly via email or phone. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is accepted.

Deposits: A [30%] non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least [7 days] prior to the service date.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure online gateways as mentioned during booking.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service will not incur additional charges (other than the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date may be subject to a [50%] cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your service up to 72 hours prior to the original date. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event StayMakers must cancel or reschedule, we will offer a full refund or alternate available dates.

Each service is outlined in detail at the time of booking and may be customized based on client needs. Deliverables and timelines will be mutually agreed upon in advance.
5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information regarding their project goals, location, and availability.

For on-site content shoots, the client is responsible for providing access, required permissions, and any necessary equipment not specified in the contract.

Clients agree to respond promptly to communication from the StayMakers team to ensure timely project delivery.
6. Intellectual Property

All raw footage, photos, and materials created by StayMakers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Final deliverables provided to the client may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless an NDA or content release restriction is specified.

Clients may not alter, resell, or redistribute content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

StayMakers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, technical issues, or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, travel disruptions, third-party platform outages).
8. Privacy & Data Use

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disagreement or dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of Houston or Texas, USA.
